Let’s say a negative thought comes into your mind,what do you do next?

You condemn it? You judge it? Or praise it?

None of the above is correct!

Never judge any thought to be right or wrong.

Thoughts come in form of waves:

They have highs and lows and they are time dependent.

The waves become turbulent like troubled waters when you fight the thoughts and the time taken for the turbulence increases as a result.
