Good sleep is not about the duration alone but more importantly the quality of sleep.
We all assume we know how to sleep but unfortunately we do not.
To have a good night sleep,one will have to stop the flow of the day’s thoughts.
When you go to bed go there with the idea that you are going there to sleep and not to think.

It means you lose interest in everything that transpires before bed in order to have a good sleep as a reward.
