Hagar was really devastated because she couldn’t provide basic necessity as ‘little’ as water for her child.

She moved from a place of affluence to a place of suffering in the wilderness.

Then,she became depressed.

She pondered about the past, she felt guilty:’If I had known,I wouldn’t have messed up with Sarah.’

She looked ahead into the future, anxiety and darkness were her lot:’I and my son will definitely die of dehydration in this wilderness’

Mercy again says:”No,to all your negative thoughts,Hagar”

“Then God opened Hagar’s eyes, and she saw a well full of water. She quickly filled her water container and gave the boy a drink.”

Have you ever lost something valuable within your house and you frantically searched everywhere all to no avail? Then, some hours after you were not looking for it again, you then saw it lying ‘innocently’ in front of you?Such was the case of Hagar.

The well had always being there!Being overwhelmed with negativity, worry, guilt and anxiety blinded Hagar’s eyes from seeing the well.

Whatever you are looking for is right there within your reach but worries won’t make you see it.
