How the strength of character can be assessed…

Your true character cannot be assessed by how you treat your boss! You already know what is at stake if you don’t do well to him/her.

Rather,your true character lies on how you treat your subordinates that can do ‘nothing’ for you…Ask them,they will tell you how good or miserable you are!

Your spiritual leader e.g Pastor/Imam may not be in the best position to assess your character.Why? You will always show respect to them.

Rather,ask your children who are in the vulnerable ages to assess your character…you might be shocked on the results you get!
