The growth of the ‘king of trees’ (3)

Let’s say both Cedar and Mahogany trees were planted at the same. The latter would impress the planter first before the former.

Why?

Mahogany will quickly show signs of viability, prospects, growth and productivity than the Cedar.

Who doesn’t like quick success anyways?Everyone does…

But life is not always like noodles and pop corns that you prepare within minutes!

Therefore,the Bible admonishes us:

“Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.”-Psalm 37:7(NKJV)

Let the other ‘trees’ keep growing upwards at their own pace as they like while you keep working to be rooted first and then growing up:

“As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.”-Col 2:6-7(NKJV)
