He said,

He said,

‘I feel fierce,Doc,I have fever.I am going to be a very sick man.’

The young doctor looked over him thoroughly and found nothing wrong with him except that he needed a big dose of castor oil to clean out his bowels. The young doctor told him so.

The man got mad, paid the young doctor’s fee of $2 and left, slamming the door behind him with a bang.

The young doctor was dumbfounded. He couldn’t understand why his good advice made the patient mad.

He looked out of the window and saw the patient going into the office of an old doctor across the street.

A week later the young doctor asked the old doctor how he treated this man…
