When thoughts flood your mind,watch them like the way you watch a TV program.

Observe the thoughts without any attachment.

How?

First,don’t judge the thoughts as either good or bad.If you do,the thoughts will bring another event either in the past or in the future.Then you enter a vicious cycle of thoughts.

Second,don’t analyse the thoughts.Have you noticed there is someone always analysing in your head?

He/she seems to know something about everything!

Don’t join him/her again to do any analysis.Just watch his/her analysis.

Thirdly,watch what you spend the majority of your day focussing on.The quality of the thoughts coming to you in form of waves is dependent on what you feed the mind with.

Renewal of your mind may reduce the time you spend watching horror movies in your mind…
