How Methuselah’s age confirmed the accuracy of the Scripture (1)

I couldn’t help but scream when I saw how Methuselah’s age confirmed the accuracy of the Bible.

Methuselah was 187 years old when he had Lamech,his son:

“When Methuselah was 187 years old, he became the father of Lamech.”-Gen 5:25

Lamech was 182 years old when he had Noah:

“When Lamech was 182 years old, he became the father of a son.Lamech named his son Noah…”Gen 5:28

So Methuselah was 369 years old (187+182 years) when Noah,his grandson was born.

At this point,can you remember the meaning of the name Methuselah?

It means: “When he is dead the flood shall come.”

Did the flood of Noah come after the death of Methuselah?
