When silence is golden…(2)

In the book of Genesis Chapter 31,Jacob and his family fled from Laban without saying goodbye.Not only that,Rachel(Jacob’s wife) stole Laban’s household gods.

Laban was hurt because Jacob left secretly with his two daughters and grandchildren without allowing him to say goodbye to them.Also,his household gods were missing.Who could have stolen them if not for Jacob? Laban asked…

Therefore,Laban pursued and overtook Jacob.But overnight,God spoke to him:

“Then God came to Laban the Aramean in a dream at night and said to him, “Be careful not to say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.””-Gen 31:24
